To Mr Polley, I have dealt with your company twice and on both occasions, the service has been exemplary. Not only have the carriages turned up very quickly, but the degree of detail on the model 1938 carriages is excellent. I did find the
train a bit sluggish at first but did as you suggested and removed the
retaining clips from the non motorised car which helped quite a bit. Whilst
in the process of taking car bodies apart I decided to put some weight
in the motorised cars which made all the difference also I applied
some very fine sewing machine oil with a fine paint brush to the
axles........better still !!!!!! The UG train
looks great when running along side the Flying Scot on parallel
tracks,, I do find the couplings a bit fiddly even when using the long
bars but find that with the help of my wife with her smaller fingers
and better eye sight we cope very
well.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

parcel was waiting and nicely packed. Thanks for the very specific
paperwork and the helpful and detailed, easy to follow, instructions.
The attachment of the coupling rod is fiddly! I have used a long one as
Ryan's track is quite small and has bends and points. When he came in
from school we let him see it and he was completely overwhelmed, as you
will see from the photo of him looking at just one carriage, the
motorised one as it was going round the track before I linked the two.
Your web site is gorgeous and you have carried through the excellent
service in my order.'

I would let you know that no disasters happened to my Bakerloo Line set
on their long journey to Bournemouth. The pictures I have seen do not do
them justice, quite an achievement in RTR! Think I will need a little
more weight over the motor as suggested in your comprehensive
instructions, since although built to 4mm branch line standards, my
layout causes some hiccups and wheel slip when trundling along to the
'Elephant & Castle!' Thanks for providing a most valuable

train arrived safely through the post this morning, many thanks! I am very impressed how small and hidden the motor is inside the driving car bogie from a quick general exterior examination. In fact, without looking at the interior, I could not see which bogie was motorised until I spotted the tell tale missing seating and motor unit, which is, of course fully understandable. All in all an excellent conversion job, done to a really nicely detailed model! Many thanks once more, from a very happy customer!"
